The ability to get closer to our customers and understand what they buy and how is vital. RMS provides many parts of the puzzle but is lacking at the capture and entry of the Customer information at the Point of Sale (POS).
The solution must integrate fully at the point of sale, be easy to use and work in a multi-store environment. PostCode lookup functionality is required to speed data capture and maximise the quality of the data. Throughput at the POS is paramount.
