Power Platform is a strong fit where a business process needs to be captured, automated or improved without starting every element as a full bespoke software project. It works best when the data model, security model, integration points and support approach are thought through properly.
This is home territory for us. Our long-running Dynamics CRM experience gives us a practical understanding of Dataverse, model-driven application design, process-led configuration, reporting and the Microsoft ecosystem around business applications.
We can help assess whether Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Dataverse are suitable for the requirement, and how they should sit alongside existing Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure SQL, databases, reporting tools and line-of-business systems.

Delivery Approach
The first step is to understand the business process, data ownership, reporting requirements and support model. From there, we can help decide whether Power Platform is the right route, or whether a bespoke or hybrid approach is more appropriate.
Delivery is collaborative and iterative. We work with stakeholders, administrators and users to define the first useful slice, validate the Dataverse model and user experience, then extend apps, flows, pages and reporting in controlled increments.
We apply agile delivery patterns where they help, while keeping enough structure around security, governance, environments, deployment and support. That matters because Power Platform solutions often become operational systems very quickly, and they need to be maintainable after the first release.
